Spring into good health with simple recipes you can make and take for those busy mornings.  In this class participants will sample healthy recipes and learn tips for starting the day right from make-ahead meals to portable portion control.


Low-Carb Cooking

May 30, 2018, 5:30-7:30pm

Cost $35 (min. class size 4, max. class size 12)

Looking to reduce the refined carbohydrates in your diet?  This class will introduce a variety of delicious recipes for those looking to reduce their carbo-footprint.  Class will receive a demonstration and tasting of each recipe along with a recipe packet to take home.


Cooking with Fresh Herbs

July 11, 5:30-7:30pm

Cost $30 (min. class size 4, max. class size 12)

Wondering what to do with all those fresh herbs that are in season? Learn the flavor profiles of popular herbs and sample an array of flavorful recipes from around the globe using fresh herbs.  Wondering what to do with excess herbs?  Learn how to wash, store, and preserve them for maximum freshness and use throughout the year.


A Taste of Spain: Tapas Cooking Class

September 19, 5:30-7:30pm
Cost $35 (min. class size 4, max. class size 12)

Take a journey to Spain and learn to make tapas, the region’s signature small plate appetizers. For this hands-on cooking class, we will teach you to prepare a selection of Spanish-style tapas using classic ingredients such as cheese, chorizo, olives, and fresh produce.

Slow Cooker Meals

November 7, 5:30-7:30pm
Cost $35 (min. class size 4, max. class size 8)

Learn how to prep meals ahead for those busy nights.  Drop those meals into the crock-pot and you’ve got a delicious, home-cooked meal ready when you get home faster than you can say “Drive-Thru!”
