Farm Insurance Basics

Farm Insurance Basics – What Do I need and How Much?

Each day, farmers face various risks when operating and managing their farms. To help provide some protection against some of those risks, farmers can use insurance. An evening workshop will be held on Thursday, October 19 starting at 7:00 to help participants become better consumers of insurance. Insurance Agent Michael Bruce will be discussing how you can develop an insurance package that will provide you protection at a price you can afford.

This workshop will be held Thursday, October 19, 2017 at CCE Albany County, 24 Martin Road, Voorheesville, NY 12186.  The workshop will start at 7:00 P.M. and conclude by 9:00 P.M.  The cost to attend the workshop is $5.00 per person.

From attending this workshop, you will:

·        Gain important knowledge on what types of insurance policies you may need to help protect your business

·        Appreciate the need to communicate with your insurance agent as your business grows or changes

·        Better prepared in case you do need to use one part of your insurance package.
